A Superesque AI agent working alongside a professional
A professional thinking deeply at their computer

You've used AI. You know it can do more.

You've prompted it, experimented with it, taken a course or two. The results have been… fine.

More prompt engineering won't fix this. Prompting asks a general-purpose AI to do expert-level work on the fly. No matter how skilled you are, it only takes you so far.

What comes next is a new way of working with AI.

A reflective, creative engagement that unlocks new capabilities, new levels of professional excellence, and extends you in ways you never thought possible.

Get ready to level up.

AI building is easier than it sounds.

You can build advanced AI systems without writing a single line of code. Just by having a conversation.

You work with an AI prompt engineer—a thinking partner that helps you design and build AI systems. You bring what you know: how you think, how you work, and how you solve problems. Your AI prompt engineer creates AI systems that apply it.

You test those systems. You improve them until they meet your standards. This is how you level up.

Different industries. Same transformation.

Join the 100+ professionals across multiple industries who have levelled-up with Superesque, building relevance, capability, and depth for the age of AI.

If you’re a non-technical person who wants to use AI to scale your own expertise, I can’t recommend this course enough. The entire program is built around taking the unique way you think and encoding it into an AI system that works as a direct extension of you. For me it was all about building a system that doesn’t just do tasks but actually amplifies my specific skills.

If you are going to invest in yourself in 2026, this is the course to choose.
Yang Yi, OD Executive and Business PsychologistFoundations Cohort 2
A rare mix of AI skills, personal growth and real professional development. Part way through, I had an epiphany—I stopped just ‘trying AI tools’ and started changing my behaviour and approach to how I use AI day-to-day. It’s shifted the way I think, work and experiment with this technology.
Steve Fox, Principal & Design Practice Lead, ArchitectusFoundations Cohort 3
This is a hard recommend. It’s not just about prompts and apps. It’s the real deal—learning how to optimise your own skills, your business and your role. And done with such supportive guidance and care. Just do it.

Inside Superesque Foundations

About the founder

Meet Dr Tim Rayner

Dr Tim Rayner

Tim is a philosopher, entrepreneur, and university educator. He has spent his career communicating complex ideas in ways that non-technical professionals can understand.

Tim teaches technological disruption in the Executive MBA at UTS Business School. In 2020, he co-founded Phase One Insights, delivering human-centred research to major banks and financial services firms.

When generative AI arrived, Tim used it to reinvent his own professional practice—and then built Superesque to help others do the same.

Superesque isn't designed by an engineer. It's designed by someone who thinks deeply about how humans work, learn, and create value—and believes AI should amplify those qualities, not replace them.

FAQ

The program

How is Superesque different from other AI training programs?
Superesque is a practical AI education program that teaches you to build AI agents through a structured approach to AI system design. Unlike other training programs, Superesque focuses on amplifying your professional expertise and positioning you for the future of work, as well as teaching you about prompt engineering and AI tools.
Why should I do this program?
Superesque prepares you to embrace AI disruption and thrive. You'll learn advanced AI builder skills and develop the ability to create AI solutions for your professional challenges. You'll apply these skills to build AI assistants with immediate practical value. You'll complete the program with a clear vision of your strategic relevance as a leading AI practitioner.
What does a typical session look like?
Live sessions are focused and friendly, led by Superesque founder Dr Tim Rayner. Tim uses storytelling and analogy to communicate core theoretical content, focusing on helping you learn and develop practical AI skills. Each session includes time for questions and cohort discussion. The sessions prepare you to complete projects with Sensei, the program's AI tutor, and to build agents with Supernaut, the program's AI prompt engineer.
How is the program structured?
Superesque includes 8 live sessions over four weeks, with two one-hour Zoom sessions per week. Students are expected to complete prework, including watching pre-recorded video tutorials on an online resource hub, and weekly projects in which they engage Sensei and Supernaut to build AI agents, following step-by-step instructions.

Your learning

What will I actually learn?
Superesque teaches you to build AI agents that solve specific work problems and create working prototypes for AI teams that address complex organisational challenges. You'll master advanced AI skills, including the ability to craft effective system instructions using proven frameworks, work collaboratively with AI prompt engineers, and evaluate AI performance through structured methodologies. On a personal level, you'll gain a deeper appreciation of how you think and solve problems, and how to encode that expertise into AI systems.
What specific skills will I develop?
You'll develop AI system design skills (required to build AI agents), the ability to use TypingMind for custom AI development, and the ability to use AI evaluation methodologies to train and improve assistants. You'll learn how to confidently articulate your professional value as an advanced AI practitioner, contributing to career advancement.
What's the learning journey?
The learning journey begins by clarifying your unique professional strengths and capabilities. You'll create system instructions for your first AI assistant, and use Supernaut (the program's AI prompt engineer) to build a second iteration from scratch. By program's end, you'll have defined a personal “A-team” of agents and created a strategic positioning document to articulate your value as an advanced AI practitioner.
How does the program accommodate different learning styles?
Superesque includes live interactive sessions for social learners, pre-recorded video tutorials for methodical learners, and hands-on practical work with AI prompt engineers for experiential learners. All sessions are recorded and shared for asynchronous learning, and comprehensive resources, prompts, and how-to guides ensure participants can engage with the material in ways that best suit their individual learning preferences and schedules.
Will there be opportunities to collaborate with other participants?
Our Slack community offers you plenty of opportunities to collaborate with, and learn from, other participants. You retain access to this community after completing the program, allowing for continued networking and knowledge sharing with fellow AI practitioners.

Tools and tech

What tools will I learn to use during the program?
You'll learn to use TypingMind (a platform for building, running, and improving AI agents) to access the raw power of your favourite LLMs (such as ChatGPT, Claude, and Google Gemini) directly from the API layer. You'll also learn to work with Sensei (the program's AI tutor) and Supernaut (our AI prompt engineer), which run on TypingMind.
Do I need to purchase a TypingMind subscription?
No. Complimentary access to TypingMind (the platform for building, running, and improving AI agents) is included for all participants throughout the duration of the program. This gives you full access to the platform's features including the ability to create and run custom AI assistants without any additional cost. After the program, you may choose to continue using TypingMind with your own subscription, but this is optional.
What level of technical expertise do I need to complete the program?
Superesque is designed for non-technical professionals. There is zero coding required—it's 100% natural language programming. The only technical challenge lies in setting up and using TypingMind. But this is straightforward and we offer step-by-step video explainers to show you how to do it.

Time, money, support

What's the time commitment?
The total time commitment is approximately 8 hours per week.
What happens if I miss a session or fall behind during the program?
All sessions are recorded and shared online, allowing you to catch up if you miss a live session. The program includes access to the Superesque Slack community. You can also learn from other participants. You retain access to both the course materials and Slack after completing the program, providing ongoing support and resources. If you want to, you can choose to roll over your enrolment to the next cohort for a nominal fee.
Will I receive ongoing support after completing the program?
You'll graduate from the program with Supernaut, our AI prompt engineer, which is your co-pilot for building AI agents and workflows. You'll retain access to the Slack community after completing the program, enabling you to keep chatting and learning from other members of the community.
Does Superesque offer a student discount?
Yes. Email us at hello@superesque.com using your student email address and include details of your institution and program. We'll send you a discount code for 25% off.

After the program

Does Superesque provide any certification or credentials upon completion?
While there is no formal certification or credentials for completing Superesque, participants receive a certificate of completion they can share on social media to demonstrate their new skills and accomplishments.
What tangible outcomes can I expect after completing the program?
By the end of the program, you'll have built at least one fully-functioning AI assistant that amplifies a specific area of professional expertise, providing an immediate productivity boost. We also give you Supernaut and Supernaut-Evals, the program's AI prompt engineering assistants, which you can use to continue building agents and workflows.
What ROI can I or my organisation expect from this investment?
The total ROI of the program is estimated at $8,500 AUD, with $7,500 of this calculated (conservatively) as a 5% productivity boost on a $150k annual salary from the AI tools you'll receive and create in the program. This investment quickly pays for itself through enhanced productivity, streamlined workflows, and the ability to focus on higher-value work.
How is building AI agents different from just using ChatGPT or other AI tools?
An AI agent is a persisting AI entity designed to amplify your expertise and help with specific workplace challenges. Building AI agents involves developing detailed AI system instructions, as opposed to one-off prompts. Advanced AI practitioners continue to train, develop, and improve their agents and build AI A-teams to create significant productivity and workplace gains beyond what's possible with basic AI tools.
Will the AI agents I build integrate with the software tools I use in my daily work?
Yes, the principles we teach are platform- and model-agnostic. You'll gain the skills to create agents and workflows that interact with your existing digital workspace and tools, maximising their utility and impact. You can deploy your agents in sophisticated AI workflow tools like Cassidy, n8n or Zapier. You can set them up to work in Claude.ai, Gemini, ChatGPT or Microsoft Copilot Studio. Every AI platform has different capabilities and limitations, but Supernaut will help you to navigate these challenges.
